CES 9

I had a very quiet CES session on Saturday 27th, only catching a total of 12 + (5) despite good conditions (not nearly as hot as previous sessions).

The catch comprising:

Wren (1);

Blaca 1;

Robin 5 (1);

Redst 1 (1);

Dunno (1);

Bluti 2 (1);

Bullf 1;

Sonth 1;

Blabi 1

Jerry had a better catch in reed bed 2 with a total of 30 + (5), comprising:

Wren 3;

Wilwa 2;

Reewa 8 + (5);

Sedwa 8;

Robin 1;

Redst 1;

Bluti 4;

Reebu 3

Jerry returned to the garden on Sunday for "extra CES E", and had a bit of a delayed start when there was a heavy shower when unfurling.  

He was joined by Carola and Andrew for most of the session, which turned out to be quiet again, though with a reasonable species variety.  

Just 13 + (2) birds, made up of:

Wilwa 1;

Chiff 1;

Lotti 2;

Robin (1);

Blaca 1;

Reewa 1;

Redst 1;

Goldf 1;

Bullf 5 (1) (including 4 different adult males).

Showers returned when taking the nets down, and 4 - 7 were a little damp.
