A quiet end to October

The month ended, as it had started, with some low catches. Dodging the days when the wind was a bit too breezy, Jerry and Andy were in the garden on 26th and caught just 5 birds (the best of which was the autumn's first Siskin). On 28th, Jeremy and Robin started the session, and Jerry took over for the afternoon, to catch a slightly better 12 + (3). On 30th Jerry and Leanne had a similar catch of 10 + (2), though the majority of the birds came on the first and last net rounds (of a six hour session !!).
