First Blackcap Sessions

Jerry set up tapes for the first Blaca catches on Tues 10th (with Andy) and Wed 11th. On Tues, there were good numbers of Blaca at first light and day total 30 + (5), it was much quieter on Wed until a group of Chiff came through at about 10 giving day total 26 + (8).

Species composition for the two days as follows:- Dunno 1 + (1), Robin 6 + (1), Wren 1 + (1), Blabi 2 + (1), Reewa 1, Blaca 19 + (1), Wilwa 1, Chiff 19, Bluti 4 + (4), Lotti (1), Treec 1, Bullf 1 + (3).
