Sennon Cove colour ringed Gulls

Un-ringed Adult Med Gull

During our ringing trip to Nanjizal (see here) a number of Gulls sit out the daytime high tide on the rocks at Sennon Cove (close to our cottage). During 30 September to 4 October, a number had their colour rings identified, details as follows -

Kittiwake, all ringed as chicks at Pointe de Raz, Plogoff, Finistere, Brittany, France (the Sennon sightings are the first away from the natal colony)

LBRGN;RBOWR    ringed 2016, seen 7 times at/near natal colony 2018 (last time 30/07/18)

LBONM;RBYWW    ringed 2012, seen 23 times at/near natal colony 2015, 23 times 2016, first breeding attempt in 2017 (failed), seen 25 times 2018 (last time 10/08/18)

LBROM;RBNBR    ringed 2015, seen once at natal colony 2017, 11 times 2018 (last time 09/08/18)
