On Sat 10th Jeremy was at the jetty (for our first Aquatic session of the year), and with clear skies at 2am, and cloud cover by dawn, it was promising for night migration and for catching. Jerry was in rb2 with Steph (and trainee Robyn) for peer review of her trainer endorsement. Tapes were playing at both sites from 4am, and the first Acros were caught at 5.30 and 5.35. At the jetty a total of 44 + (2), while rb2 had 37 + (11), making it the highest catch of the year (excl the goose roundup).
The day details were 2 Wren, (1) Robin, 1 Redat, 1 Wilwa, 1 Chiff, 40 + (9) Reewa, 33 + (1) Sedwa, 2 + (1) Bluti, 1 + (1) Reebu.
On Sun 11th, Jerry was back in rb2, with Peter and Alan J, for another reasonable catch of 27 + (10), made up of 1 Wren, 1 Dunno, 1 Wilwa, 13 + (7) Reewa, 9 Sedwa, (1) Cetwa, 1 Marti, 1 + (1) Bluti and (1) Reebu.
